Tara has never really done travel the conventional way.
At 19, she left home with a backpack and didn’t return for nearly a decade – living and working everywhere from Honduras and Peru to Canada, Guatemala and New Zealand along the way. Since then, she’s explored more than 70 countries, spending extended time in many of them rather than moving quickly from place to place.
She’s led multi-day treks through the Himalayas, worked as a SCUBA dive master in the Caribbean, joined conservation diving projects in Honduras, and contributed to community initiatives across Africa. It’s this kind of hands-on experience that continues to shape how she designs travel today.
With 25 years in the industry, Tara brings both depth and perspective – but more importantly, she knows how to translate that into trips that feel considered, personal, and effortless. She’s naturally organised, calm under pressure, and deeply invested in getting things right – not just in how a trip looks on paper, but how it actually feels when you’re in it. Her clients trust her to think ahead, smooth the edges, and create journeys that run seamlessly from start to finish.

Nicole never planned on a career in travel – it found her.
At 17, fresh out of school, she took a job answering phones and running errands at a local travel agency. Within weeks, she was on a plane to India, celebrating her 18th birthday somewhere completely unfamiliar. That trip shifted everything, and she hasn’t looked back since.
Now, more than 35 years later, Nicole brings a depth of experience that only comes with time. She’s worked across wholesale, corporate, and group travel, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how trips come together behind the scenes – and how to make them run smoothly.
What’s kept her in the industry all these years is simple – the people. Nicole is known for the relationships she builds with her clients, many of whom have been travelling with her for decades. She takes the time to understand what matters to them, and quietly shapes each journey around that.
She’s thoughtful, steady, and incredibly reliable – the kind of advisor who keeps everything on track without making a fuss. Her focus is always the same: making sure each trip feels easy, seamless, and perfectly suited to her clients. For Nicole, it’s never just been about travel itself. Emily has always been drawn to eclectic, diverse travel experiences.
Born and raised in Victoria, BC, Canada, she grew up surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest – but always knew her ambitions would take her far beyond it. After travelling to more than 35 countries, Emily realised she wasn’t meant to settle for the status quo, and a career in the travel industry became the perfect blend of stability and adventure. Her journey took an unexpected turn when she met her now-Australian husband in an airport, and after their wedding, they spent six months honeymooning overland through Central America – soaking up the surf and encountering sloths, monkeys, and toucans along the way. Today, they are raising their two daughters to embrace travel that is both adventurous and meaningful.
With nearly 25 years in the travel industry, Emily brings a depth of experience to every journey she designs. For her, travel is about more than ticking boxes – it’s about opening doors to new experiences, giving back, and creating lasting connections. She has a passion for designing itineraries others might shy away from, turning complex or “too hard” trips into seamless, unforgettable journeys. And because she understands that travel doesn’t always go to plan, she’s there every step of the way – offering guidance, reassurance, and expertise.

Rachael’s travel memories tend to start with a story.
Like standing at the top of the Eiffel Tower on her 22nd birthday as snow began to fall (a first for this Australian). Or arriving in Kitzbühel for her first ski trip… in jeans. The European instructors had a good laugh before ensuring she and her husband were more suitably equipped.
With more than 25 years in the travel industry, she now creates those kinds of moments for her clients – just with much more preparation. Rachael is known for her warm, intuitive approach. She listens carefully, understands what matters, and shapes each journey around that – adding thoughtful touches and quietly elevating the experience along the way.
She’s a strong advocate for slower, more immersive travel. Not rushing from place to place, but spending enough time to really settle in. A recent 10-day stay in Provence only reinforced what she’s always known; the best experiences tend to unfold when you give them time.
She specialises in tailored European itineraries and luxury travel for clients who value ease and detail. Italy remains a favourite, particularly places like Ischia, where things feel a little more relaxed and less crowded.
